Banking Education That Works Around You

Our autumn 2025 programmes are designed for working professionals who can't commit to rigid schedules. Evening sessions run Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm, while weekend intensives happen twice monthly.

Most of our learners come from diverse professional backgrounds. Some work in retail, others in healthcare or hospitality. What they share is curiosity about financial systems and a desire to understand banking beyond basic transactions.

Response times vary depending on enquiry volume, but we typically get back within 48 hours during weekdays. If you need urgent information about upcoming intake dates, calling directly often works best.

Finding Us at New Mersey Retail Park

We're tucked in Unit 5 along Speke Road, which throws some people off initially because retail parks aren't typical learning venue locations. But that's actually what makes parking so straightforward compared to city centre spots.

If you're coming by car, take the M62 to junction 6 and follow signs toward the retail park. There's ample free parking right outside our unit. Public transport users can catch the 81A or 82A bus from Liverpool city centre, which runs every 20 minutes during weekday peaks.

  • From M62: Exit junction 6, follow retail park signage (5 minutes)
  • By bus: Routes 81A/82A from Queen Square station (25 minutes)
  • Walking from Speke station: About 15 minutes along Speke Road
  • Free parking available directly in front of Unit 5

When to Expect a Response

Our small team handles all enquiries personally, which means response times depend on current workload. During enrolment periods (typically March and September), things get hectic and replies might take 3-4 days.

Phone enquiries during office hours get answered immediately when staff are available. Email works better for detailed questions about course content or programme structure since we can attach relevant documents and resources.
